Today is the 5 year anniversary of the Sandy Hook school shooting. Sandy Hook Promise is a non-profit group fighting against violence in our communities. It’s led by several family members who lost children and loved ones in 2012. All proceeds raised will help Sandy Hook Promise continue to provide its four “Know The Signs” programs free of charge to schools and youth organizations across the country. To date, Sandy Hook Promise has trained over 2.5 million youth and adults, which has helped avert multiple school shootings, numerous suicides, and other incidents of school-based violence.
