Provo is preparing to break the world record for the largest scavenger hunt! Wanna play?

The “Passport to Provo” scavenger hunt is planned for Sept. 13 and is a free community event designed to highlight local businesses and landmarks. The current record was set by the University of Chicago in 2011. Provo will need at least 925 attendees to break the record.

Teams of 2-8 people will go on a scavenger hunt around Provo and complete a series of tasks. Tasks may include taking a picture with a Provo landmark or sampling a product at a local restaurant. To join in the scavenger hunt, teams must be at the Utah Valley Convention Center at 1 p.m. for the start and must return no later than 6 p.m. Local bands will perform from 7 - 11 pm after the hunt.

Register online HERE or the day of the event from 10 am - 12 pm on level 3 of the Utah Valley Convention Center.
