Joel and Lindsey’s story started 25 years ago when they met as children at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis. They were 10 and 7 and were both receiving treatment for cancer. Several years later, they both started working at the hospital and eventually fell in love.
On September 1st, which happens to be the first day of National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Joel and Lindsey got married at the hospital where it all began.
