Ashlyn Kelley and her friend were attending a Weezer concert at the North Dakota State Fair. Ashlyn is in a wheelchair. A man approached her and said, “would you want to be lifted up?” A group of people then hoisted her up on their shoulders, wheelchair and all, so she could see the band.
