Vaping Related Illness Claims A Seventh Victim - As the CDC races to find answers, a seventh victim is dead from a vaping related illness.
A 40-year-old died in California over the weekend after battling “vape lung.” They are the second person to die in the state. Deaths have also occurred in Kansas, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota and Oregon.
The CDC has activated its Emergency Operations Center to respond to the outbreak of illness.
