Under the new bill, 1st time violators would have to pay $250 instead of $100. The fine for a 2nd offence would be $500 instead of the current $200. 3rd time offenders would be fined $1,000 fine instead of $500.

The American suffering from this pneumonia-like virus just returned to Snohomish County in Washington state after a trip to Wuhan.

He's in his thirties and currently in good condition.
