Some airlines will temporarily suspend alcohol service on flights in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic. American Airlines, Delta Airlines and British Airways are among the airlines who have altered their beverage service policy to minimize face-to-face contact between crew members and passengers and cut down on the time passengers spend with their face masks off.
