(Las Vegas) - Audrey, a single mother of three, had asked her neighbor Tisha if her kids could spend the night at her house while she went in to get some tests done. The tests came back and showed she had stage two esophageal and stomach cancer. Audrey knew she didn't have much time to live. She asked Tisha and her husband if they could be the legal guardian of her children. They have five children of their own, but they agreed to take the kids even though their home was cramped already.
The family was recently surprised by a local news station. Their house was completely remodeled. They were surprised with a year's worth of groceries and even received a brand new van big enough for the whole family!
