(North Carolina) - Barry White Jr. is a 5th grade literacy teacher. Every day he greets his 40 students with a unique handshake. He created a new handshake for each student and uses custom moves inspired by the student’s personality. He says because of the handshakes his classroom has become a happy, positive environment where everyone’s engaged and ready for what comes next.
