Good News (2/24) - Teen Does Laundry for Neighbors in Need

(Georgia) – Two years ago, 16-year-old Caroline, started Loads of Love as a Girl Scout Project. Once a month she would go to the neighborhood Laundromat with quarters, detergent, and dryer sheets and pays for strangers to have their clothes washed and then fold it for them!

She had such a good time doing laundry and meeting new people that she continued Loads of Love even after her project was complete. Caroline originally thought she’d be helping mostly homeless people, but it turns out she helps people who have jobs that are barely making ends meet.
