(Salt Lake City) – Utah Woolen Mills created a program call “Suited for Good.” Starting this year the store has been giving away a free suit for every one they sell. They are helping men who are down on their luck and need a little boost to get a job.
The recipient of the free suit gets everything that goes with it including a shirt, a tie, a belt, shoes and socks. They even get tips for successful interviewing. The store says it’s about “paying it forward.”
The store takes nominations for the program through their website. Those wanting to be chosen for a free suit should submit a personal introduction, including the story of how they’ve overcome obstacles, and how they will “pay it forward.”
