Honey Nut Cheerios has removed Buzz the Bee mascot from it’s box in an effort to raise awareness of the endangered pollinators and "bring back the bees" through a new campaign.
More than 30% of all General Mills ingredients are dependent on pollination, which is why the company has decided to take action. They have set up a website encouraging people to order wildflower seeds for bees to feast on at no cost and help reach its goal of planting 100 million seeds.
