Cloud eggs are the newest food trend sweeping the internet.
It's a little time consuming to cook the eggs. You have to separate the whites from the yolk. Then whip the whites until they're fluffy and bake them. The yolks go back on top of the baked whites and then baked a little longer. When the eggs are done the whites have a velvety middle and crispy edges. The yolk is soft and runs through the whites.
