Good News (5/11) - New Watch Helps Stop Tremors from Parkinson’s

Microsoft unveiled a prototype watch called, the Emma Watch, that can calm tremors stemming from Parkinson's disease.  The watch vibrates in a certain way that disrupts the feedback loop between the brain and hand during shaking.

While only a prototype, the watch's designers are working with neuroscientists to start trials with people suffering from the disease.  The watch uses sensors and artificial intelligence to monitor symptoms.
