(Melbourne) - Jessica recently stumbled upon a street that was filled with sleeping bags of homeless people. She started handing out money to try and help out, but realized that wasn't enough. Jessica decided to buy four homes that she will let the homeless live in. Each of the homes will be either short-term transitional housing, or long-term for families needing permanent homes.
