You Need This Much Sleep to be Perfectly Happy

We've all heard that doctors recommend you should be getting seven hours of sleep every night.  A new study reveals the exact amount of sleep you need to be perfectly happy and it's 7 hours and 6 minutes of sleep!

People who get only 7 hours of sleep said they are “mostly happy” while those who sleep for 6 hours and 54 minutes said they are “somewhat happy.” People who sleep less than 6 hours and 48 minutes of sleep report complete unhappiness.
