(California) – The Santa Rosa Police Department has worked for weeks to collect donated new Halloween costumes. Then they held an event where kids and their families affected by the wildfires could get a free costume.
Kids could choose from thousands of costumes. There were so many costumes some kids even had a hard time deciding which one to choose. They even got to do a little early trick-or-treating at the event.
