32-year-old Rob, is a veteran who lost both his legs while serving with the Marine Corps in Afghanistan. In October, he set a goal to run 31 marathons in 31 days in 31 major cities. He runs using his prosthetic legs. This weekend he reached his goal and finished his 31st marathon on Veteran’s Day in Washington, D.C.
Along the way he also raised around $135,000 for veteran’s groups.
