31-year-old Liam was diagnosed with an extremely rare form of cancer. So rare that it only affects about 200 people around the world. Liam found a drug that had shown effective treatment for this type of cancer. The bad news was it costs around $40,000 to pay for the treatment. Liam and his family did fundraisers and raised half of the money. When he mentioned to his co-workers he only had half of the money they decided to donate their Christmas bonuses. This gave Liam the remaining money he needed to start the treatment.
