Chef Meredith’s Sunday Night Dinner

Here’s a super easy Sunday night dinner! 

Baked Antipasto Sandwiches

  1. Lay down a layer of croissant dough
  2. Layer meat & cheese (I used ham, pepperoni, salami, swiss and mozzarella). 
  3. Top with croissant dough
  4. Brush olive oil on top
  5. Bake for 20-25 min at 350
