(Georgia) - The unusually high snowfall in the south has caused many towns to shut down since roads are covered with ice and snow. Dr. Dean McKenzie, chief of cardiothoracic surgery at Children’s Hospital of Atlanta, didn't let the closed roads stop him from getting to the hospital. He walked a mile so he could make it to his patients. Dr. McKenzie knows he needs to be there to care for his young patients.
