A man in China has been looking for his missing daughter for 24 years. She disappeared from her parents’ roadside fruit stand in Chengdu city in 1994 when she was just 3. In 2015, Wang became a taxi driver so he could spread the word and widen his search. His car contained information about his search, passengers were given information about his daughter.
A police sketch artist offered to create an age progression drawing showing what the little girl might look like today. A woman saw the sketch and thought it looked like her. She contacted police and a DNA test proved that she was the missing girl. The family was reunited on Tuesday. She grew up 12 miles from where she disappeared with parents who told her they had adopted her.
