#GoodNews: Smart "Cane" Helps the Blind Safely Navigate

A blind engineer has developed a high-tech cane that helps visually impaired people get around using Google maps. The WeWalk uses built-in speakers, sensors, Google and a voice assistant to help them navigate an unfamiliar place on their own.
