Ethan Emilo Guzman is a 10-year-old boy with a big heart. He was in the car with his father, when he noticed a boy playing basketball without shoes. He asked the boy why he was playing without shoes and the boy told him that's all he knows.
He had just arrived in New York City the day before from Dominican Republic. Ethan ran inside and brought the other kid a fresh pair of sneakers and socks.
