Hamilton is coming to the big screen! Disney has purchased the film rights to Lin-Manuel Miranda's musical for $75 million. It’s not going to be an actual movie though. It’s a "live capture" of the actual Broadway show with the original stage cast. It was shot at the Richard Rogers Theater in Manhattan and will be in theaters October 15th, 2021.
*Side-note* Eccles Theater just announced that “Hamilton” is returning for a 5 week run from mid-December to mid-January.

Shannen Doherty Reveals Stage 4 Cancer Diagnosis.
“It’s going to come out in a matter of days or a week that I’m stage 4. So my cancer came back, and that’s why I’m here,” Doherty said. “I don’t think I’ve processed it. It’s a bitter pill to swallow in a lot of ways.”
