> The non-profit group Alliance for a Better Utah says a concert planned to take place in Kaysville on a May 30 "could put the health and lives of Utahns at risk" and says Kaysville Mayor Katie Witt should resign over refusing to cancel the show.
When asked if she will resign, Mayor Witt said, “No, absolutely not. I am taking a stand for freedom and our rights to freedom of peaceful assembly.”

> Some local high schools are doing what they can to honor graduating seniors. Davis School District will offer a Senior Diploma Walk. When students come to the school to pick up their diploma during a scheduled time period, they can walk across a staged area and have their name announced.
