Customers at a Tennessee Walmart got a nice surprise when they went to pay down their layaway balances.
Someone paid off every single layaway account at the store. They asked how much the accounts totaled, left, and came back with cash. The total was $65,000. The person had just one request - he told the manager, “Please tell them Merry Christmas and I love them.”
The store manager said it was the most "mind-blowing" act of kindness he had ever witnessed in his nearly 18 years at the store. Customers were coming to the store to pick up their items with tears in their eyes.
