An event to honor the 4 Utahns who died in a weekend avalanche in Millcreek Canyon is being planned by their friends and family.
The event will start at 7 a.m. Sunday at the Gear Room on Fort Union Boulevard, near the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. Those attending will bike from the Gear Room to the Tom's Hill ski area, then to Hangar 15, a bike shop in Millcreek.
