NC Man Walks 24 Hours To Raise Money For Cancer Patients

When Greg Parker‘s friends and family started getting cancer diagnoses, he decided the best way to help them would be to raise money to pay some of the costs associated with treatment.

So this past weekend, Parker started walking on a treadmill to raise money for cancer patients, raising money for every minute he walked over 24 hours.

“If these people diagnosed with cancer can go through their treatments and come out the other end, I can do this for 24 hours,” Parker said.
