Looks like “Stranger Things” will switch things up by splitting its story across multiple locations in season four. Though the story will presumably return to the Upside Down and catch up with Jim Hopper in Russia, the first trailer makes it clear that a significant part of the next chapter will unfold in California, where Joyce and the rest of the Byers family have moved.
The first part of season 4 will premiere on May 27th, with the second part dropping on July 1st.
