Did Good Intentioned Gun Owner Commit Felony?


Scott-Dani Pappalardo recently destroyed his AR-15 in response to the Florida school shooting. However, it is now being suggested that in doing so he committed a felony as the firearm was now still usable as an illegal weapon. It is unlikely he will face charges which could result in up to ten years in prison!  Fisher
