An Ohio couple was shopping for clothes for a funeral. Kevin’s father died and he and his wife Sherri were shopping when they both realized neither of them knew how to tie a tie. Kevin noticed an older gentleman nearby and decided to ask if he could help. So Howell taught Kevin how to tie his tie, gave him a hug and offered his condolences for the loss of his father. When Kevin and Sherri walked into the funeral home, they were surprised to see Howell there! Sherri wrote on FB: “There are just no words to explain how Kevin and I felt this morning....Walking in to the funeral home to see Mr. Hackler waiting for us to say a prayer for the family. This man is an absolute ANGEL on Earth!!!!”
