About a dozen Davis High School students pooled their cash together to surprise a popular neighborhood man with special needs with a brand new scooter for his 25th birthday.
Ty’s mom says he’s always on the move and meeting new people. The kids said they love watching Ty scooting around the neighborhood, but his current scooter wasn’t in the best condition. After hearing that his birthday was coming up on July 4, they all pitched in to get Ty a new electric scooter.
