Jane Cunningham and her three children live in Sudbury, Massachusetts. Their home was in rough shape. The entire roof was shot. There was mold everywhere and the family room was unusable because a piece of the ceiling had fallen down.
Jane had been struggling with ongoing health issues and couldn’t afford to repair the home. A friend reached out to the community for help and got a huge response.
A man named Dave Fenton organized roofers, mold specialists, drywall and electrical, and all the repairs were done at no cost to Jane. Dave said they plan to return in the spring and fix the landscaping and paint the exterior.
“I'm just blown away by the kindness and it really just changes our whole outlook on life and it changes the trajectory of our life as well,” Jane said.
