The corporate office of a Salt Lake City restaurant says they've fired a manager after a video of her interaction with an employee's children went viral. The children of Connie Aguirre say they went to the CoreLife Eatery at City Creek Center Thursday to eat and then decided to ask her manager about a raise their mother was supposed to have received. They said in a Facebook post that their mother was afraid to ask about it because she does not speak English well. The manager is shown on the video yelling at Aguirre and firing her, supposedly because her kids were causing drama, then having them escorted out by security for trespassing. CoreLife initially supported the manager, but announced Friday that she had been fired and that they had offered Aguirre her old job back.
